Obituary of Sheila Marie Wallace
WALLACE , Sheila Marie – age 50, of Halifax formerly of West St. Andrews, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on April 5, 2022, at the QEII Health Science Centre, Halifax Infirmary Site. Born in Truro, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Pauline (Phillips) Wallace.
Sheila had many interests. She enjoyed reading, listening to country music, watching wrestling, horror movies and crime shows. She loved her cats and being near the water. Most of all she enjoyed family time with her children and grandchildren,
She will be dearly missed by her sons, Zack, Austin and Dakota; daughter, Brooklyn; grandchildren, Haven, Jax, Rowan, Paisley; long-time companions, Tasha Clark, Matthew Rushton, Celia Archibald, Jenn Gray; two brothers, three sisters; numerous nieces and nephews and many friends.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by nephews, Robert and Walter; grandparents, Clarence and Isabelle Wallace and George and Pearl Phillips.
Visitation will be held 2-4pm and 6-8pm, Monday, April 11th in Ettinger Funeral Home, 2812 Highway 2, Shubenacadie from where a funeral service will be held 3pm April 12th. Masks are suggested but not required. A reception will follow at West St. Andrews Community Centre.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
