Beresford – On July 29, 2022, Sheila Peters of Oak St in Beresford passed away peacefully at her residence surrounded by her family.
She was predeceased by her parents Gilbert Peters and Annie Peters (Jennings).
She is survived by her common law spouse of 36 years William “Bill” Jamieson, daughter Christina Gauvin (Martin Gauvin) of Shediac River NB, grand daughters Sandrine and Madeleine, her daughter Jamie-Lynn Peters of Beresford, her sister Jean Malley (Claude Stever) and brother Kevin Peters both of Bathurst.
She also leaves behind a special niece Sonia Doucet (Kevin Doucet) of Bathurst, great-nephew Cory Doucet, and special friends Sharon Boyle, Brenda White and Morris Hachey of Bathurst.
The family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to the Extra Mural nurses for the excellent care provided to Sheila during her illness.
There will be no visitation at the funeral home or Funeral Service. Donations in memory of Sheila may be made to an organization of the donor’s choice. Arrangements are in the care of Elhatton’s Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst.
