Obituary of Scott MacDonald
The family of Scott MacDonald is deeply saddened to announce his passing on October 8, 2022, at the age of 52. Beloved son of Linda Bond. Cherished nephew of Mary Lee Nadon. Cousin of Dean Crites (Paula), Lynn Nadon (Andrew), and Heather Nadon (Max). Treasured friend of Shelley Burns (Derrick) and family, Tanya Harrison (Mark) and family, and many others. He will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved him. A special thank you to the staff at Dewick Group Home as well as Bayshore Home Health and the Palliative Care Team at BGH. Scotty worked at both the 1000 Islands Mall and Metro for many years and was well-known in the community as a fun-loving, outgoing, and all-around amazing man with a contagious smile. Many thanks to all those who have helped and guided Scotty along the way.
A celebration of Scotty’s Life will be held at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl Street, East, Brockville on Sunday, November 20th, 2022 from 1:00 – 3:00 pm. In memory of Scotty, donations to BACLA, Alzheimer Society of Lanark Leeds Grenville, or BGH Palliative Care would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
