Scott LeBlanc Wednesday January 12th 2022

LeBlanc, Scott (Det. Sgt. East Region O.P.P.) in his 30th year of service. It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Scott at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Wednesday, January 12th, 2022. Loving son of Shirley and the late Roger LeBlanc. Beloved companion of Jennifer Vandertoorn. Forever loved by his children Alex LeBlanc, Hannah LeBlanc (Adam Baker) and their mother Michele LeBlanc. Survived by his siblings Jack LeBlanc (Liz), Debbie LeBlanc (Todd Ferguson), and Sandi LeBlanc-DiCresce (Gord DiCresce). Also remembered by his niece Sophia DiCresce and nephews Jesse LeBlanc and David Ferguson.
Scott had a love for the outdoors, particularly Presqu’ile Provincial Park where he walked his dog, rode his bike, and spent summers camping with family. He also had a passion for good food, whether it was cooking for family and friends or trying a new restaurant.
A private graveside service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to Wounded Warriors Canada or the Humane Society would be appreciated by the family. Cremation arrangements entrusted to the RUSHNELL FUNERAL HOME 60 Division St., Trenton (613-392-2111). To leave a condolence, please visit www.rushnellfamilyservices.com
