Cherished mother and mother-in-law of Pamela Litwin and John Boidman, Lianne and Stephen Goldsmith, Tara Litwin and Jeffrey Haynes, Romy Litwin and Sylvain Boisvert. Beloved Grandma Sandi of Jakob and Jared Boidman; Riley and AJ (Aidan) Goldsmith;
Benjamin and Logan Haynes; Maya and Abigail Boisvert. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Ricky and Ruthie Sherman, Brian and Sherry (Korman) Sherman. Adored niece of Molly and the late Sam Herlich , Sharon and the late Tully (Israel) Herlich, Esther and the late Murray Backman, Cookie (Rhoda) Maron, Syd and the late Faygie Sandys. Daughter of the late George and the late Ruth Sherman. Sandi will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Predeceased by her fur babies: Rambo, Chelsea, Selma and Chloe
Special thanks to Lhalyn, who cared for Sandi and kept us connected by zoom when Covid robbed her of visitors, and thanks to Mary who cared for her with love and always brought a smile to her face. Much appreciation to Dr. Kristian MacMahon and the staff at Maimonides; too many to mention by name. You are all angels. Finally, special thanks to Irene, who was the first to welcome Sandi at Maimonides, eased her fears, and kept her dancing.
