SANDRA GRACE CHRAPUN
With heavy hearts the family of Sandra Grace Chrapun announce the passing of their beloved wife to Gregory Slominsky, Mother to Taryn, Riley, Parker and Lily, ‘Cookie Grandma’ to Lewis, Charles and Zena. She passed away in her home on March 1, 2022, surrounded by family and friends after a strong fight against cancer at 47 years.
Sandra was predeceased by her parents Moe and Grace. She is survived by her brothers Dennis and Rodney; . nieces and nephews Derek, Leah, Cory, Dallan and Jordyn; in-laws Marlene and Ed (predeceased), Shelley, Robyn, Patty, Rick and Alissa.
Sandra Chrapun has left a major footprint on all our lives. She was the sweetest person, cared for everyone. She always had the funniest jokes and wittiest comebacks. Sandra was the best listener who taught us to be kind to all.
A special thanks to Bernice and the home care team at Southern Health for their wonderful support.
Donations can be made in her honour to Manitoba Mutt’s charity.
Rain or shine an informal outdoor celebration of life will be held on June 18, 2022 at 2 pm to commemorate her deep impact on our lives.
