Russell’s Obituary
COMEAU, Russell – Age 61 of Meteghan Centre, passed away Monday, July 11th, 2022, peacefully with his family by his side in La Villa Acadienne. Born in Yarmouth, he was a son to the late Capt. Jean J. and Rose Emma (Robicheau) Comeau.
In his younger days, Russell liked to bike ride with his brother, Joel. The two were inseparable. He was a car lover, and a diecast car collector.
He is survived by his siblings, Gaston (Elizabeth), Monette (Jean-Louis) Theriault, Nadine (Charles) Clairmont, Simonne (Dave) Comeau-Linton, Joel, and many nieces and nephews.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Meteghan Funeral Home. A public graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 14th, at 1:00 p.m., in Stella Maris Cemetery, Meteghan. Donations may be made to Villa Acadienne Charitable Foundation, or the charity of your choice.
