Passed away peacefully on August 18, 2022 at WRH-Met Campus with his loving family by his side. Beloved husband of the late Florence Bechard (nee Cochois) (2018). Loving father of Patricia Adams (Peter) and Russell Bechard. Dear brother of Leo and Stanley Bechard and predecaesed by his siblings, Rita Bechard, Orval Bechard, Raymond Bechard, Lorretta Bechard, Donald Bechard, Hector Bechard, Clifford Bechard, Oscar Bechard, Yvonne Bechard and Gerald Bechard. Cherished grandfather of Kimberly Adams (Daniel Wilson), Kristopher Adams (Hailey) and Katie (Maliquie Glenn). Adored great-grandfather of Mateo Glenn. Russ retired from J.H Ryder Machinery after 38 years of service. In his spare time, he enjoyed the sound of country music and playing a new tune on the guitar. In keeping with Russ’ wishes, cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to the Windsor Chapel Funeral Home, 11677 Tecumseh Road East, 519-253-7234. My deepest sympathy to Patty and Russ and families of the passing of Uncle Russ. Uncle Russ was a very likeable person and was also my Godfather. I recall many visits going to your house in Windsor when we were little kids. He reminded me of my Dad the most with his looks and mannerism. I think he truly enjoyed going out for lunch with his siblings in their later years. I was always asking my Dad how Uncle Russ was doing, hoping he was good. I know how much you took care of him and loved him. It is very sad he is gone but all the wonderful memories of him will live on forever with both of you and all his family and friends.
