NORRIS: Ross Gordon
June 11th,1937 -February 18, 2022
Ross was born in Toronto on June 11th, 1937, to Vernon and Elizabeth Norris. He was predeceased by his parents, sister Gloria (Stan), sister Debbie Macklam (Scott), and his brother Doug Norris. Also predeceased by his wife Carol (Cox) and his granddaughter Krista Norris. Ross is survived by his daughter Teresa Dunley of Marmora, son Leonard Norris of Vancouver, B.C. and daughter Ever Gray of Deseronto. He is survived by his siblings Robert Norris (Shirley) of Lakefield, Diane Norris of Whitby and David Norris(Luellen) of Peterborough. Proud grandfather of Lindsay Keller (Devin) of Madoc, Jaysea Smith (Kyle) of Madoc, Andrew Norris and Charles Gray.
Great grandfather to Summer, Autumn, Madisin, Ally-Lyn. Kolton, Sawyer and William. Ross worked for 31 years with CP Rail before retiring. He loved both playing and watching golf. I always told him it was like watching paint dry. He also enjoyed darts at our local Legion.
There will not be a service; however, we may do something on what would be his 85th birthday. We will let people know. Donations to the War Amps in Dad’s memory would be appreciated as it was the one charity he has given to most of his adult life. I miss you Dad and love you.
