Death notice for the town of: Ottawa, Province: Ontario
For my very special cousin Roslyn, whom will be missed by those who knew her. She was 10 years older than me, and when I was growing up we visited regularly. Roslyn’s mother, Ettie Spector was my mother’s older sister. I always looked up to Roslyn, and wanted to be just like her! I remember how talented she was, and we had, and displayed, a number of her paintings in our home. Once, after she had her own apartment she invited me to stay overnight with her. I remember how very grown up I felt sleeping on her couch. Some of my best memories I have growing up were our visits to Montreal, and staying at my aunt Ettie, uncle Mo, and cousin’s Roslyn, Morty and Ronnie’s house. Memories I will always remember. G-d bless all of Roslyn’s family with comfort and peace.
