Passed peacefully away December 2, 2022, at the Agnes Pratt Home, Rosemarie Devereaux of Logy Bay (born and raised in St. Andrew’s, Codroy Valley).
Predeceased by husband John (Jack); parents Earl and Margaret (Martin) Doyle; brother Ron Doyle (Dollie), and daughter-in-law Wendy.
Leaving to mourn, children: Chris (Linda), Cynthia (Phillip), Owen (Rosalind) and Sheri (Jim); grandchildren: David, Dawna, Ross, Andrew, Alyssa, Erica, Renée, and Angie; great-grandchildren Austin, Rocco, Sophia and Abigail; and sister-in-law Nell Devereaux.
Cremation has taken place. The family will receive visitors at Cauls Funeral Home, Torbay on Wednesday, December 7th from 11:00 a.m to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place at St. Francis of Assisi Church, Outer Cove on Thursday, December 8th at 11:00 a.m inurnment to follow at St. Francis of Assisi Cemetery, Outer Cove.
The Devereaux family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Agnes Pratt Home, especially those of Pratt Place and Fairhaven units, who provided mom such wonderful care.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Agnes Pratt Foundation or the Alzheimer’s Society of NL.
