Ronald Keith Scott March 27th 2022

Ron was born on November 25, 1944 in Bristol, England and passed away with family by his side, on March 27, 2022 in Trail, BC.
Ron is survived by loving wife Trish, sons, Eric (Trish) and Michael, and grandsons Kurtis (Sam), and Regan.
Ron had a long fulfilling career starting in the military as a heavy duty mechanic and after his service, he continued in the technical service trade until he retired to Salmo, BC in 2009.
Ron had many passions over his lifetime. From racing motorcycles, sailing, and flying in his earlier days, to golf and cruising the back country in his jeep later on.
He was actively involved in the Royal Canadian Air Cadet program for many years as a father and grandfather. After retirement, he was active in the local Chamber of Commerce.
There is no celebration of life planned as per Ron’s wishes. Gwen Ziprick of Alternatives Funeral and Cremation Services™ has been entrusted with arrangements.
As an expression of sympathy, donations made in Ron’s memory to 858 Skookumchuk Royal Canadian Air Cadet Squadron will be greatly appreciated. This is the Squadron of his grandson, Regan. Donations can be made through:
