Roil passed away at the Ottawa Hospital, Civic Campus, on February 21, 2022 at the age of 93. He is survived by his sons Keith (Deb) and Ken (Cindy) and his brother Victor (Barbara). Predeceased by his loving wife, Ruth (Hamilton) Hatcher. Roil will be greatly missed by his grandsons Brett (Kira), Cole (Courtney), Tyler, and Jordie and his nieces Jennifer (Joe) and Julie (Danny). A private service for family members has taken place in Huntingdon, QC. Donations in his memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. Funeral entrusted to Rodrigue Montpetit et Fils Inc. 170 Châteauguay St., Huntingdon, Quebec.
