Obituary of Roger Moerman
Moerman, Roger of RR2, Aylmer passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at his residence on Monday, July 4, 2022 in his 84th year. Beloved husband of Maria (Lamers) Moerman for 57 years. Dear father of David Moerman(Laura) and the late Michael Moerman(1984). Loving grandfather of Daxton. Brother of Simone Vandenbilke, Mary Kesteloot(Julius), Andrew Moerman, Madeline Verstraeten(Walter) and Margaret Mezenburg. Also survived by a sister-in-law Anny Moerman and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a brother Harry Moerman(1997). Born in Stavele, West Flanders, Belgium on November 5, 1938, son of the late Rene and Emma (Vandecasteele) Moerman. Roger grew tobacco for many years. He was a member of Our Lady of Sorrows R.C. Church. Roger was an avid fisherman and enjoyed hockey. Visitation at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Friday, July 8, 2022 from 9:45 to 11:00 a.m. where the funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Friday, July 8, 2022 at 11:00 am.
