Rodney Ross Pipher 1960 2022

Obituary of Rodney Ross Pipher
It is with great sadness that the family of Rodney Ross Pipher announce his sudden passing in Santa Cruz, Mexico on Saturday May 14, 2022, in his 62nd year. Rodney was predeceased by his loving wife Joanne (Hood 2010). Loved father of Andrea Collins (Chris), Christopher (Michelle) and Brittney. Proud and cherished Grampa of Cassidy, Charlotte and Chloe Collins and Everett Pipher.
Rodney was the eldest son of Ross Pipher and the late Grace (2011). Loved Brother of Elaine Charles (Frank) and Scott Pipher (Anne). Rodney was a special Uncle to his nieces and nephews Tara Charles (predeceased 2021), Michael Charles (Jenn), Laura Calleri (Luch) and Ryan Pipher. He will be remembered as a loving Great Uncle by Paige, Emily, Kendra, Ethan, Aubree, Leonardo and Lorenzo. He will be missed by his large extended family and friends in Canada and Mexico.
Rodney loved life and lived it to the fullest. Over the years he had faced lots of challenges but never let them get him down. Family meant the world to him; he would give you the shirt off his back. He loved to travel and visit new places with Huatulco Mexico, and the surrounding area being his favourite. He was very fortunate to be able to spend the last 5 years wintering in Mexico, coming back with many interesting stories and pictures from the village.
There will be a funeral service at the Coldwater United Church on Monday May 30, 2022 at 1:00 pm, with burial following at the Coldwater Cemetery. A reception to follow for family and friends at the Coldwater Legion.
As an expression of sympathy donations in memory of Rodney may be made to the Cardiac Centre at Southlake Hospital in Newmarket and may be made through the Coldwater Funeral Home.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Rodney
