Robin Chapman 1955 2022

Robin
Chapman was born in Amherst, NS, 30 September 1955 and
passed away on 29 May 2022.
He had various jobs over the years but
the one he loved best was being a Sound Man, first for Everyday
People, then Molly Oliver. He also worked for various bands who hired
him when they were touring the Maritimes. He was in high demand as he
was very good at the control board. He loved a good story, whether
listening to them or telling them himself, mostly true with maybe a
few embellishments.
Robin is survived by his brothers and
sisters; Mike and Lorraine Chapman of Fort Saskatchewan, AB, Bill and
Merry Anne Chapman of Northport, NS, Kathy Chapman, of South Tremont,
NS, Mary and Gary Allen, of Sackville, NB, Stephen and Donna
Chapman, of Amherst, NS, and Peter and Diane Chapman, of
Truro, NS.
Robin was predeceased by his parents,
Robert (Bob) and Gloria Chapman, his sister Nancy Chapman,
his paternal grandparents, Art and Marge Chapman and maternal
grandparents Alden and Maggie Goodwin.
Arrangements are under the care and
supervision of Jones Family Funeral
Centre, 70 Church Street, Amherst
(902-667-8777). Cremation has taken place and a Celebration
of Life will be held for both Nancy Chapman and Robin Chapman at the
Jones Family Funeral Centre on the 6th of July 2022, from 1:30 to
