Obituary of Robert Wayne Reily
Peacefully, after a short battle with cancer, at Strathroy Hospital on Tuesday, January 4th, 2022, Robert Reily of Mount Brydges in his 64th year.
Beloved husband of Karin Brown-Reily. Loving brother of Lauralee Reily of Keswick, and Lynda Reily-Cleveland (Mike) of Mount Brydges. Robert will be sorrowfully missed by his in-laws Ron and Mary Brown, his brother- and sisters-in-law Kevin Brown (the late Leilani), Kathryn Calvert (Wade), and Kimberly Steel (Christopher). Survived by his niece and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Joseph (2005) and Mary (2000) Reily, his brother William John Reily (1992), and his half-brother Ian Willsher (2021).
As per Robert’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Family will receive friends at the Elliott-Madill Funeral Home on Friday, January 7th, 2022 from 7 – 9 pm. Due to COVID restrictions, attendance is limited. Only those with an appointment will be allowed in. Pre-registration is required for EVERYONE and is available through our website. Masks and social distancing from the family and those around them is also required.
A private family Celebration of Robert’s life will be held Saturday at 11 am by invitation only.
A Legion Memorial Service will take place at the funeral home on Friday, January 7th at 6:30 pm.
