Obituary of Robert Melvin Doerksen
The public come & go viewing for 25 people at a time will be held on Wednesday, January 19, 2022, from 7:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Steinbach, MB. Please line up in your vehicle on the west side of the building and a director will usher you in when it is safe to do so.

Peacefully and with dignity, Robert (Bob) Melvin Doerksen passed away with his family by his side on Saturday, January 15, 2022, at Grace Hospital in Winnipeg, MB at the age of 74.
Robert was predeceased by his parents Peter and Elizabeth Doerksen, brothers Elmer and Harvey Doerksen and Grandson Travis.
He is survived by his wife Dorothy Doerksen, children Mike Doerksen, Steven (Frieda) Doerksen, Mark (Alice) Doerksen, Kevin Doerksen, as well as grandchildren Madison Doerksen, Taitum Doerksen, Kingston Doerksen, and sisters Elaine Gendron and Linda Kornelson.
Robert was born in Herbert, SK on December 17, 1947.
Donations in memory of Robert may be made to Birchwood Funeral Chapel to help assist the family with funeral expences.
