Webber, Robert Addison – Age 94, passed away peacefully in the Magnolia Continuing Care Community on March 22, 2022. Robert was a son of the late Maynard and Stella (Wharton) Webber, Burntcoat Road, Noel, Hants Co.
Robert was a painter in his younger years. He then decided to go into sales and worked at William Stairs, Son and Morrow for many years before starting his own business which he had for over 20 years. After that he went to work at National Car Rental, until he retired at age 87. He was an avid golfer and a founding member of Elmsdale Baptist Church, where he served for many years.
Robert is survived by his wife of 62 years, Della (Taylor); daughters, Lisa (David), Connie; grandchildren, Andrew (Caitlyn), Cassandra, Matthew; and great-grandson, Jude; sister, Audrey, Ontario.
He was predeceased by his parents; brothers, John, William; and sister, May.
We would like to thank the wonderful, caring staff on Sunflower cottage and the recreation department at the Magnolia for all they did for our dad.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada.
The Funeral Service will be Monday, March 28 at 2pm, Elmsdale Baptist Church. Dad, we hope the weather channel is on in Heaven.
Funeral arrangements being provided by Arimathea Funeral Co-op Ltd, Upper Musquodoboit.
