I am shocked and saddened at learning of Fran’s passing. We go back many years with Fran and Mandy, from Canoe, Ft McMurray, Calgary, and back to Salmon Arm. She had an infectious smile that I will never forget. My condolences to Colin, Mandy, and the Family. Rest in peace girl, you will always have a place in my heart.

I wish her family my condolences – I only knew Fran for a few years around the Miocene area – she was
a member of the Horsefly W.I. and as such, we worked together – she was truly a good soul – always ready to
help, no questions asked. RIP Fran –

So sorry to hear of Frans passing. I worked with her at Docs Pub in Canoe in the mid 80s. She was so fun to be around. My sincere condolences go out to the families especially Mandy. Mandy I remember u probably about 5 yrs or less at that time.Your Mom loved you so much. Hugs to all
