It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Risa Thau, on July 2, 2022, after a short illness.
Beloved daughter of the late Freda (Tock) and the late Moe Thau. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Elaine and Ron Cheek and Rhona and Lenny Samsonovitch. Risa was much loved by two nieces, two nephews and their spouses, and a great-niece and 9 great-nephews. She will be missed by many dear friends.
Risa was passionate about creative writing, her book club, NFL football and the Toronto Blue Jays. She was an animal over and enjoyed travelling.
Burial arrangements entrusted to Fawcett Funeral Homes in Collingwood, Ontario.
