Richard Samuel Hall
May 24, 1937 – June 19, 2022

Richard passed peacefully away on Sunday, June 19, 2022 in the arms of his loving family. Predeceased by his parents, Dick and Annie Hall; sister, Shirley (Kevin Kennedy); brothers Ted and Gerry Hall; brother-in-law, Frank Murphy.
Left to mourn are Richard’s best friend and loving wife of 47 years, Jean (Ryan) Hall; daughters Jacinta (Deric Cameron), Nicole (Bruce Giles) and son, Ryan; precious grandchildren, Sam and Georgia Cameron and Roland and Malcolm Giles; sister Jean (Hall) Murphy. Also mourning are sisters-in-law, Jean (Lewis) Hall, Stella (Ryan) Trudel, Florine (Ryan) Quigley and brother-in-law Pat (Betty) Ryan; plus a large circle of cousins, Hall and Ryan nieces and nephews. Left with fond memories are many colleagues, neighbors and friends, especially Dave and Rita Locke and Helen Lane. There are many others, too numerous to name, who have journeyed with and supported us in the last few months. Our gratitude runs very deeply.
We would also like to share our gratitude to Dr. Roger Butler and his team, Jean’s colleagues from the HSC Chaplaincy Office, and the wonderful care team on 5SB.
Cremation has taken place. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, June 22nd at Caul’s Funeral Home, 84 LeMarchant Road from 1 p.m.- 9 p.m. Funeral Mass to take place on Thursday from St. Teresa’s Church at 10 a.m. with inurnment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
The family requests that masks be worn during visitation and funeral.
