Richard Moore 1962 2022

It is with profound sadness
& much love that we mourn the passing of Richard T Moore of
Moncton, N.B., on Tuesday, Sept 6th,
2022 at the Moncton City Hospital at the age of
60.
Rick will be sadly missed by his
son, Brandon Moore (Faith); his mother, Linda Moore (Abernethy) of
Moncton, his brother, Danny Moore (Sherry) of Moncton and his sisters,
Kim Costin (Douglas) of Moncton & Kelli Cheverie (Sean) of
Amherst, NS and his niece & nephews; Christopher (Manon
Landry), Jonathan, Matthew, & Nicholas Cheverie; Brady
& Ashley Moore.
Rick was pre-deceased by his
dad, Gerald (Gerry) Moore, his favorite fur buddy, Nicky, and his
grandparents; Florence & Ellis Moore of Fredericton and
Florence & Dow Abernethy of
Fredericton.
Rick was employed with GemTec
and was really appreciative of their
support.
Rick was a very generous person
and often put others ahead of himself and always willing to lend a
helping hand to all. He loved his music & loved to play his
guitar & often could be found singing a lyric or
two.
Rick had exceptional care from
Extramural Nursing & the Palliative Care unit. Special thank
you to Dr. Veronique LeGault, and Dr. Carole Deveau for their
kindness.
Honoring Rick’s
wishes, there will be no visitation. A private family committal will
occur at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, a donation
made to the Friends of the Moncton Hospital, would be greatly
appreciated by the family.
