Obituary
Passed away at Credit Valley Hospital, Mississauga on Sunday, March 20, 2022 at the age of 85. Dear father of Bill Fillmore (Valarie). Survived by his partner Virginia Greenlay, and her daughter Cynthia Di Marco (Rick). Predeceased by his wife Shirley M. Fillmore (nee Harding), his son Michael Richard Fillmore, and his infant daughter Nancy Marie Fillmore, also by his parents William and Harriett Fillmore and his brother William (Bill) Fillmore. He will also be missed by his loyal companion, his beloved cat CC.
Richard had a long and successful career with the Royal Bank as a Corporate Executive. After his retirement he and Virginia enjoyed their time travelling in their 5th wheel trailer.
Cremation has taken place. A private interment service will be held at Burlington Memorial Gardens.
If desired, donation to the Canadian Cancer Society would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
