Kings County Memorial Hospital on Feb. 28, 2022 the passing of Richard
Gordon Oxner, aged 62, occurred. Formally of Halifax, NS and
Charlottetown. Survived by daughter Kelly (Glen) Anderson and
granddaughter Lexi; brother Robert of Halifax; special friend Sylvia
and family.
No visitation or service by
personal request. Graveside service to take place at a later
date.
