Obituary
Richard David Jacobs passed away peacefully on December 10, 2022, after a hard fight with cancer. Richard was born November 10, 1952, in London, Ontario. He was a commercial photographer and later worked for Western Star and the Okanagan Food bank.
Richard was kind, compassionate, and a loving father, grandfather, and partner. His love of life and people touched the lives of all who knew him, well loved for his kindness and passion for his art and dioramas. Now to join his mother, Helen Blackmore.
He will be remembered and sadly missed by his partner, Monique Saebels; his son, Jeff Jacobs; daughter-in-law, Tarah Jacobs; grandson, James Jacobs; Kayla Stromsten, Mitchell Stromsten; granddaughter, Brooklyn Babcock; Corina Saebels and Nicole Saebels.
A celebration of life will be held at the family home on Sunday, January 15, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at 2005 Montego Street, Westbank, BC. All who knew Richard are welcome.
