Richard “Rick” Allan Armstrong, age 78, of Knoxville, passed away Friday, May 13, 2022. He was of the Methodist faith. Rick was the owner of Quick Service mart for over 50 years and loved his job. He enjoyed golfing, trips to the mountains, spending time with his family, and watching UT sports.
Survived by loving wife, Carol; sons, Scott (Karen), and A.J. (Jennifer); daughter, Keely; brother, David; sister, Clyda; grandchildren, Madison, Morgan and Kennedy.
Family and friends will meet 10:45 AM at Asbury Cemetery, Tuesday, May 17, 2022 for a 11:00 AM graveside service with Pastor Randy Troutman officiating. Arrangements by Bridges Funeral Home, 5430 Rutledge Pike, 865-523-4999. www.bridgesfuneralhome.com.
