With great sadness we announce the passing of Carolyn Jean Henneberry Liverpool NS on April 23, 2022. Carolyn was wife and soulmate to loving husband Richard Henneberry Sr., mother to Richard Henneberry Jr. and grandmother to Koen Henneberry.
Born in Milton, Carolyn grew up in Buckfield NS along with her very large and loving family. She was daughter to the late Harold and Barbra Ramey and siblings Gerald, Joanne, Phillis (Bill), Julie (Orval), Sheri (Cyril), Kim and Bonni (Jeff). (Predeceased siblings Linda, Johnny, Phillip). Carolyn also loved and was loved by all her many nieces and nephews.
Carolyn and Richard fell in love at first sight when they were in highschool , and later moved to BC where they were married. Shortly after they moved to St. Andrews New Brunswick where she worked for The Bank of Nova Scotia.
This is where she had her only son Rick. Within a few years her family found their way back to Nova Scotia.
She worked at The Bank of Nova Scotia until she retired, where she made many positive connections with the community.
She will be remembered by friends and customers for her kind, caring, and empathetic manner however to Carolyn, her family was where her heart thrived. Being the oldest daughter, she was like a second mother , or refered to by her siblings as mother junior. Her instinct was to protect and love everyone she welcomed into her home. With her incredible spirit and positive enforcement she was the support and solace to everyone she embraced.
Cremation has taken place under the direction of Chandlers’ Funeral Service Ltd. A celebration of life will be held Wednesday, August 24, 2022 from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. in Chandlers’ Funeral Chapel, Liverpool. Online condolences may be made to www.chandlersfuneral.com
