On December 26, 2022, Yvonne Iris Rekken went to be with her Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
She was predeceased by her husband of 55 years, Gilbert, son David, brother Richard, and sister Vivian.
She is survived by her children Charlotte (Albert), Alison (Ben), Claude (Colleen), 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. and sister Joanne (Ken).
Viewing at Serenity Funeral Home, 600 Calahoo Road, Spruce Grove on Thursday, Jan. 5 from 7 – 9 p.m.
Interment at Evergreen Memorial Gardens, 16102 Fort Road NW, Edmonton on Friday, Jan. 6 at 10:30 a.m.
Memorial Service to follow at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 5010 – 52 ave., Stony Plain. at 1 p.m.
Memorial donations, if desired, may be made to Yvonne’s charity of choice – Doctors Without Borders – at
