It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dad, grandfather (Pupup), great grandfather, great great grandfather Ray at the age of 87. Born in Ostrea Lake. He was the son of the late Stephen and Ella Mosher. He was predeceased by his wife Ruby, their babies (twins) Johney and Doris, his grandson Joey, his brothers Verdon, Blanchard, Marvin, Merlin, and sisters Elsie, Odessa, Veryl, Leona and Beulah.
A dad to Doug (Judy), Cathy, Doreen (Graham), Darlene (Richard), Blair (Wendy), Christine (John), Stephen, Hughie, Heather (Al), Karen (Darrell), and Daren (Laura).
A proud Grandfather (Pupup) to Chris, Ray (Leanne), Holly (Paul), Joel, Lisa, Susie, Mindy, Amanda, Matthew (Teri-Lynn), Krystal (Andrew), Justin (Katrina), David (Paige), Nicole (Davie), Dustin (Sierra), Jordan (Joana) , Dylan (Brookelyn), Jennifer (Brad), Tiffany (Chris), Ashley (Anthony), Brandon (Alisha), Amy (Brandon), Ashley M (Jeffery), Jason (Reina), Jeremy (Meaghan), Alex, Dawn, Dakota, and Britney.
His Great grandchildren Kaylin, Devin, Cody, Kyle, Taylor, Cassidy, Brady, Logan, Lucas, Marcus, Thomas, Ruby, Emily, Emma, Ashley, Brandi, Connor, Branden, Kaylee, Jacob, Emery, Ella, Owen, Margaret, Hayley, Trinity, Colby, Josh, Jayden, Dominic, Kaylee, Raelea, Shelby, Axton, Lindee, Elaina, Winter, Riley, Shytajia, Jerakai, Jayziah, Mihayla, Chloe, J Blaze, Grayson, Hayleigh and his great great grandchildren Caleb and Hazley. New baby Mitchell to arrive in March 2023.
Ray worked at roofing in his younger years. He worked for Texico, and Harbour and Construction. He was a buyer for Mills Seafood. He was a avid outdoorsman. He loved hunting and fishing and shared his experiences with his children and grandchildren. He was well known in the community and will be missed by all.
Cremation has taken place.
A graveside service will be held at St. Georges Cemetery in Ostrea Lake, on Thursday December 22, 2022, at 2pm.
