Randal Scott Melanson, husband of Yvette (Gallant) Melanson of Beaverbrook Road, passed away at the Miramichi Regional Hospital on Saturday, September 3, 2022 at the age of 54.
Born in Saint John, He was the son of Valerie (Davis) and Robert Boyd. He was a casual Supply Teacher for District 16 and a member of the Baptist Church.
Besides his wife Yvette, he is survived by his son John Melanson (Julie), his step mom; Mary Boyd of Sus, his sisters, Charlene Aiton (Stephen) of Saskatchewan, Amanda Bizeau (Late Nathan) of Cumberland Bay, Tina Steeves (Rick) of Alberta and Tabatha Munroe of Salisbury; his brothers Rob (Louise) of Chipman, Grant (Karen) of Cambridge, Clayton of Sus and Ernie of Sus; his grandchildren Kiera and Firian; his fur baby Mollie and lots of nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents.
Randal Scott Melanson is resting at Davidson’s Funeral Home, 597 Old King George Hwy, with Visitation on Thursday from 1pm-4pm. The Funeral Service will be held on Friday at 1pm at Davidson’s Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Willard Watling officiating.
