After a life full of
love, family, travel and great memories, it is with tremendous sorrow
that we announce the passing of Pius Brennan (age 83 years), a
cherished husband, father, and grandfather who peacefully passed away
surrounded by his family on Saturday, February 19, 2022 after a brief
battle with cancer.
Predeceased by his
siblings, Patrick, Denis and Annie.
Leaving to mourn with
fond and loving memories his wife, soul mate, and best friend, Mabel,
his adoring children, daughters Beverly (Sean) and Debbie (Terry), his
son Terry (Chantell) and his grandchildren, Ella, Evan, Blake and
Brady, his sister Mary, and special nieces and nephews. He will be
missed and remembered by a large number of relatives, friends and
neighbours.
Resting at Maher’s Funeral Home in Placentia,
Tuesday, February 22, from 7pm to 9pm and Wednesday, February 23, from
2pm to 4pm and 7pm to 9pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at
St. Anne’s Church in Dunville on Thursday, February 24, 2022 at
10:30am. Interment to follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery,
Placentia.
