Piercey Cyril Flynn 88 years
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our sweet dad, grandfather, and loving husband Piercey. He peacefully passed away on January 31st, 2022, at the Health Sciences Centre with his family by his side.
He was predeceased by his precious wife Audrey, granddaughter Jennifer and brothers Thomas (Laura), Edward (Charlotte) and Alexander (Rosie).
Piercey will live on in the hearts of his; son Wade; daughters Dale (Ben), Valerie (Paul), Joy (Doug), and Miranda (Darry); his cherished grandchildren, Corinne, Marilyn, Maegan, Tyler, Jeffrey, Courtney, Ashley, Alisha and Troy; great-grandchildren Madison, Ryder, Bailey, Nolan and Liam. Also leaving to mourn are his siblings Raymond and Dennis (Ann).
He was a kind, loving and gentle person who always had a smile on his face. His family was everything to him, and he always ensured that he was there for them in whatever they wanted or needed. His children always knew they had a place to call home, wherever he was. The world will be a little less bright without him in it, but he is finally resting in peace with the love his life.
We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to his nieces Delphina Mercer, Yvonne Cullihall, and nephew Calvin Flynn who provided love, support and dedication to him over the years. We would also like to thank the staff at Lane’s Retirement Living for their care and compassion while he was a resident there.
