Phyllis Jean Law Thursday November 3rd 2022

Law, Phyllis Jean 14/Aug/1928 – 03/Nov/2022
It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of our loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother Phyllis Jean Law (Morris) in her 95th year.
Born August 1928 in Welland to Irene and Urban Morris, both 1 World War veterans. Mom passed on Thursday, November 3, 2022. She will be missed not only by family but the many friends and all others who were touched by her life.
Mom was a very successful business co-owner of the Tammy Shoppe for 25 years. She loved style and fashion up to and including her last days. She supported many local charities by hosting fashion shows throughout the region. Mom was one of the founding members of the Fonthill Kinnetts Club. In her retirement, mom and dad would spend approximately 20 years at their home in Tarpon Springs, Florida.
Phyllis is survived by her husband Ron of 78 years, son Bernie (Susan), daughter Judy Stankus (Ray), her 5 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Predeceased by her son Ron (Sandra). She will be dearly missed by all, especially the staff at Rapelje LTC Home.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to all the staff at Rapelje for the care and compassion Phyllis received while in their care.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Pelham Funeral Home, Fonthill and the St. David’s Anglican Church, Welland.
Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
