Obituary
Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 15th, 2022, at St. Joseph’s Hospital Toronto, at the age of 89. Pham is survived by his loving wife Seu Thi Hoang. Loving father to Mai Tran (Phuoc Tran), Hien Lai (Trang Nguyen), Tuyet Lieu (Ung Lieu), Trinh Lai (HoaMai), Phuoc Lai (Trinh Bui), and Huong Tran (Nhut Tran). Proud grandfather to Linda Tran (Michael Dumais), Lynn Tran, Eric Lai, Tyler Lai, Jimmy Lai (Catherine Boisjoly), Dennis Lai (Genevieve Boisjoly), Aileen Lieu, Kevin Lieu, Jeremy Lai, Justin Lai, Dylan Lai and Kathleen Tran. Great grandfather to Willis Lai and Emeline Lai.
Pham will be lovingly remembered by his family and friends for his wonderful character and devotion to his family. He was also a very devoted soldier and served many years in the Vietnamese military.
Friends will be received at the Ridley Funeral Home, 3080 Lake Shore Blvd. W. (at 14th St., between Islington and Kipling Aves., 416-259-3705) on Saturday, September 17th, 2022, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The Service will begin at 2 p.m. and a witness cremation will follow at Highland Hills Cemetery (12492 Woodbine Ave, Gormley).
