Obituary of Peggy Ann (Chapman) Gould
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Peggy Ann (Chapman) Gould on Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at the age of 66. Peggy passed away at The Moncton Hospital surrounded by her loving family.
Born on December 7, 1955 in Sackville, NB, she was the daughter of Mathilda Leonie (Cormier) and the late Hedley Sylvanus Chapman.
Peggy loved animals, especially her dog, Bud and she enjoyed spending time with her family. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Peggy will be lovingly remembered by her partner of 38 years, Brenick Sears; her mother, Mathilda; her children, Stuart Gould (April), Stacy (Mike) Thompson and Christopher Sears (Nicole Eveley); her grandchildren, Katelyn (Jonathan), Matthew (Jessica) Alyshea, Brianne, Ayla and Ellie; her great-granddaughter, Emily; her great-grandson, Kaiden and one on the way, Eli, as well as by her doggie, Bud.
Peggy was pre-deceased by her father, Hedley Chaman, as well as by her brother, Richard Hedley “Ricky” Chapman.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Erin Campbell and staff of Campbell’s Funeral Home, 89 Bridge Street, Sackville N.B. (506) 364-8188. In keeping with Peggy’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no visiting hours or funeral service.
If so desired, donations in memory of Peggy may be made to the Elizabeth may be made to Breast Cancer Canada or to the charity of one’s choice.
