Pauline Marie (Billings) Nichol, passed away at Brantford General Hospital in Ontario on Thursday, September 22, 2022 at the age of 78. Born in Millville, NB, she was the daughter of Austin and Mabel (Tranquilla) Billings. Pauline was the beloved wife of David (Dave) Nichol. She leaves behind her husband, Dave; daughter-in-law Annabelle (Nerie) Nichol; sisters Joan Baird (Ralph), Sheila Collins (Dave), Cheryl Billings and Linda Burton (Rob); brother Conrad Billings (Marcia); and many adored nephews, nieces, aunts, cousins, great-nephews and great-nieces.
Pauline worked for many years at NB Tel, both in Fredericton and in Moncton, where she met her husband, Dave. She was full of fun, loved to tease, and loved to give gifts to those she loved.
Pauline was predeceased by her parents, her brothers Sheldon and Roger Billings, her nephew Calder Cogswell, and her son-in-law Mark Nichol, as well as her grandparents and uncles.
There will be no visitation. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at 11 am from the Burtts Corner Christian Church, 1021 Route 104, Burtts Corner, NB, with Pastor Dan Foreman officiating.
