Obituary of Paul Douglas Winchester
With heavy hearts, the family of Paul Douglas Winchester announces his sudden passing on December 25, 2022, at the Saint John Regional Hospital at the age of 65. He is the son of the late George and Emma (nee Hachey) Winchester.
Paul is survived by his siblings Jack (Peggy) Winchester, Carl Winchester, Wayne (Pat) Winchester, Ruth Lavoie, Bruce Winchester of Toronto, Gary (Nicola) Winchester, and Michael Winchester. Several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Very close friend Myra Steeves, very close friends Ahmed and Rasha and their 2 children.
Paul is predeceased by his parents, 3 brothers, and 2 sisters.
Arrangements are under the care of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (634-7424). Memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2022 from 12 pm – 1 pm with the Funeral Liturgy at 1 pm in Brenan’s chapel. For those unable to attend in person, the service will be live-streamed.
Interment is taking place in St. Joseph’s Cemetery on Monday, January 9, 2022, at 10 am.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Paul’s memory may be made to The Joshua Group or Fresh Start Services.
