Rainville – Paul. It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Paul Fredrick Rainville born October 31, 1939 (83 yrs).
Paul died peacefully on December 16, 2022 at his residence surrounded by loved ones.
Son of the late Paul Rainville and Roseleen Hood. Brother of Lloyd Rainville (predeceased) and sister Linda Kyba (Tony).
Paul was predeceased by his first wife Lois Henrietta Nolan and his second partner Donna Thomas.
Loving father of Kim Rainville (Lori), Syndi Hourtovenko (Eddie), Lloyd Rainville (Peggy) and Paula Croteau (Mark).
Loving grandfather to Tetyron, Nathaniel, Nolan, Dayna, Tania, Kassandra, Cyrus and Tannis.
Great grandfather to Nova, Kaidence, Wesley, Rafferty and Hazel Mae.
Paul was also the stepfather to Martha Parker (David), Kathrine Reich (Chris), Kim Stoodley (Cathy), Kelly Broszat (Doug), and Melonie Fortin (Jim). Special friend of John Thomas (Sue).
Paul will be missed by his niece Sybil, nephew Bill, and his great nieces Calla and Amber. He will be missed by many members of the Missanabie Cree First Nation.
A celebration of life to be held at a later date, yet to be determined. Arrangements by BOURCIER FUNERAL HOME Ltd, Espanola.
