Death notice for the town of: Toronto, Province: Ontario
I am a former Xerox co-worker of Paul’s.
I first met Paul in the early 1990’s and at various times over the years we worked together “formally” with the last time being around the 2006 to 2010 timeframe.
I enjoyed working with Paul – primarily because we could always have informal chats about different subjects, one of them was when he told me he was a “competitive” marksman – I had no idea.
I also enjoyed talking to Paul at various Xerox functions. I remember around 2013 we sat together at a Blue Jays game – way up on Level 5 with no one around us – probably someone miscounted the number of tickets required for the group so we volunteered to sit on our own.
I also attended a Raptor’s game with Paul in the Xerox suite and remember travelling to and from the game via subway with him.
Losing Paul at such a young age is a tremendous loss, and the news came to me as a complete shock. Paul was a very nice person and I am very sad that he did not live to enjoy a long retirement, he would have enjoyed it as I can attest (I retired in 2014).
So sorry to hear about Paul, he will be missed by his Xerox colleagues and was well liked by everyone.
