It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of our Mom, Nan, Nan Nan, Aunt, Sister and Sister-in-law at the G. B. Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at the age of 82 years.
Predeceased by husband Gilbert, parents Edward and Ida Greening, brothers Raymond, Jackson (Pansy), Hector (Violet) and Colin. Sisters Pearl and Ida. Leaving to mourn Son Arnold (Sonya) in Gander, Daughter Angela in Port Blandford, Son Darren in Port Blandford, Grandchildren Shane (Heather) and Jordan, Great-grandchildren Lincoln and Anderson, Sister Pansy (Jim) and Sister-in-laws Ann Greening and Glynes Greening. Her husband, children and grandchildren were the highlight of her life. In her later years she enjoyed her great-grandchildren and loved the time she spent with them.
She was a kind and gentle person. Loved by many.
The Family is forever grateful for the compassion of Megan Clouter for giving us (unknowingly) our last conversation with our Mom.
Due to Covid regulations, the funeral service will take place at the Anglican Cemetery, 2 pm on February 03, 2022.

  1. To the Peddle Family…Your mom (Ma Peddle), was truly a beautiful soul, and so fortunate to be surrounded by a wonderful loving and caring family. No doubt she will be remembered by many people as a kind, gentle woman.
When all that’s left is memories, they are treasures to be cherished. Thinking of you during this difficult time. Pauline and Lew Gilbert.
