It is with profound sadness that the family of Pat MacDonald announces her passing after a sudden illness, surrounded by her family, at the Civic Hospital in Ottawa.
Pat was predeceased by her Husband of 60 years, Bruce MacDonald and by her Son, Doug.
Mom will be loved forever by her Son Stephen, wife Linda and Daughter Patty, Husband Brian, and Daughter in Law Barb. Mom leaves grandchildren, Brian (Tara), Michael (Tara), and Jennifer (Matt) of Vancouver; Laura and Neil of Ottawa; Heather (Simon) of Melbourne, Michael (Carrie), Charlene (Sam) and Steven. She is also survived by five great grandchildren Kennedie, Hayden, Addison, Ethan and Evie.
Mom and Dad moved to Deep River in 1956 and Mom was a long time employee in the Clerk’s office of the Town of Deep River. She was a golfer, tennis player and beautiful seamstress. A lover of flowers, Mom was looking forward to working in her garden this Spring.
