Obituary of Patricia Zylstra
PATRICIA ZYLSTRA (HOCKLEY): With heavy hearts the family of Patricia Zylstra announces her passing on Monday April 25, 2022. Pat was a loving wife to John Zylstra; sharing married life for over 63 years. Beloved mother to Nancy (Steven) Neville, Jack (Mary) Zylstra and Anne (Michael) Enderby. Predeceased by her daughter Shirley Zylstra Lang (2008), Adored Nanny to Chantelle (Ryan) Shaver, Matthew Fletcher (Kathleen Trembley), Mary (Trevor) Dawdy, Mitchell (Laurie) Zylstra, Elysia (Mike) Northrup, Bradley (Kelly) Enderby, Patrick and Nicholas Siamro. Cherished Nanny to 13 Great Grandchildren who were all the light of her life. Predeceased by her parents Lenard and Daphne Hockley. Survived by siblings Michael, Ian, John Hockley. Predeceased by siblings Peter, Sandra Hockley and Suzanne Dodd. Pat and John enjoyed many years of camping & fishing together. When she wasn’t playing with or caring for one of the many children in her life, she could be found with a pair of knitting needles or playing BINGO. Special thanks to 3rd floor Nursing at Albright Manor for their dedicated care and compassion.
