Patricia Pirhalla February 4 1952 July 31 2022

Patricia Ann Pirhalla passed away at home on Sunday July 31, 2022 at the age of 70 years. She was predeceased by her parents Karl & Mary (Stefina) Pirhalla and her baby sister Nancy Susan Pirhalla. She was a kind hearted soul who will be missed by her godchildren Susan Rigg and Trevor Podolinsky, her neighbours Giacomo & Mary Apuzzo and her dear friend Chris and family. She will be missed especially by her cousins Debbie, Marianne and Linda (Omer).
Pat was very proud and close to her parents. The story of how they immigrated from Slovakia and met at a picnic that the Slovakian community had at a bush outside of Blenheim brought a smile to her face every time she told it. She considered it an honour to care for them in their final days. She spent her working career at Union Gas in Chatham and was content in her retirement to spend time at home and at the family cottage with her dog Daisy.
It was Pat’s wish that cremation take place and that she be laid to rest with Karl and Mary in Evergreen Cemetery, Blenheim. Friends wishing to remember Pat with a memorial donation are asked to consider Chatham-Kent Animal Rescue ckanimalrescue.com/ or Pet & Wildlife Rescue pawr.org/funds/.
