SMITH, Patricia Ann “Pat” –
Peacefully entered into rest with her family at her side at Westlake Terrace Nursing Home, Picton on Tuesday, December 27, 2022, Pat Smith (nee Crittenden) of Picton died at the age of 88. She was the daughter of the late Denten & Brenda Crittenden (nee Richardson) and wife of the late Garth. Pat was the loving mother of Brenda Leavitt (Michael) of Cherry Valley, Janet Minaker of South Bay, and Bobby Smith of Picton. She was the dearest grandmother of Amanda, Bradley, Mary and Peter, and great grandmother of Maxx, Oakley, Emma and Carson. Pat is survived by her brothers John Crittenden (Elaine) of Stoke-on-Trent, England, and Peter Crittenden (Margaret) of Nottingham, England and she is predeceased by her sister Janet Rothwell. She will be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Smith rested at Rushnell Funeral Homes – Picton Chapel, 33 Main Street (613-476-2450). Cremation has taken place and a Graveside Service will be held at Westlake Church of Christ Cemetery, Picton in the spring. If desired, donations to the Mental Health Services Hastings and Prince Edward or Epilepsy Kingston in Pat’s memory would be appreciated by the family.
