Pamela Jeannie Haring Stewart Wednesday July 6th 2022

In loving memory of Pamela Jeannie Haring (nee Stewart) 80 years. It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our mother Pamela on Wednesday, July 6th, 2022 at Pioneer Manor.
Much loved mother of Daryl Ricketson, John “Tray” Ricketson (Laura), and Cheryl Landin (Barry). Loving daughter of Elliott and Annie Stewart (nee Philips) both predeceased. Sister of Dr. William “Bill” Stewart (Michelle) of Courtney, BC and much-loved niece of Mary Phillips predeceased. She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren J.D., Charlie, Jesse, Steven, Leslie, Justin, Jennifer, Lora, Spencer and Rose, and by her 14 great grandchildren. Mom also leaves behind her best friends of over 60 years Chester and Nancy Kajdas and her very dear friends John and Diane Ricketson.
Mom worked for Journal Printing for over 30 years until her retirement. She was an avid blueberry picker and the best baker ever. The hundreds of Christmas cookies she baked each year will surely be missed.
We would like to thank the workers on the 2nd floor at Pioneer Manor for taking such good care of mom for the past year and a half. To name a few, special thanks to Helen, Dawn, and Mel for everything you did for her and to Sue in the kitchen, thank you for making mom smile.
There will be no visitation or service. A private family interment will take place in the family plot in the Civic Cemetery. Donation to the MS Society or Northern Cancer Foundation would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to the Jackson & Barnard Funeral Home.
