Obituary
Born on November 4, 1955, Pamela Ann Bennett of Mitchell’s Brook , St. Mary’s Bay, passed away peacefully in the presence of her loving family on August 27, 2022, at Carbonear General Hospital, aged 66 years, after a courageous battle with cancer. Predeceased by her parents, Stan and Marie Bennett. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories is her treasured son, Nathaniel Reeves, siblings Kevin (Darlene), Joan (Bud), Don (Lori), Sandra (Doug), Marilyn (Hughie), Eddy, and Linda (Bren). Also leaving to mourn are her many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. The family would like to thank the caring staff at Carbonear General Hospital, especially Dr. House, for their special care and exceptional medical treatment, especially during Pamela’s final days.
Pamela, the oldest sibling of the Bennett family loved life, nature, and watching the sunrise each morning. She relocated to the United States in her early adulthood where she spent time in Detroit, Michigan and later Seattle, Washington. Pamela held a successful career in the IT community up until her retirement in 2018. After she retired, she settled in Small Point, NL with her beloved cat, Rosie. Pamela was an excellent cook and loved to host gourmet dinners for her family and friends.
