Olga Tekla Prosser
Olga Prosser (nee Redkevitch) passed away peacefully at the age of 96 years at the Deep River and District Hospital on Monday, September 12, 2022. Loving mother of Chris Prosser (Jane) of Manitoulin Island and Pat Bellefeuille (Ted) of Ottawa. Cherished grandmother of Shon (Krista), Adam (Krys), Elizabeth (Doug), Emily (Derek), and the late Steve. Great-grandmother to Alyssa, Lilly, Joshua, Maya and William. Also survived by her brother Zenon Redkevitch (Diane) of Georgia, USA. Aunt and great-aunt to several nieces and nephews. Olga was born in Montreal and in the 1940’s took a job at the Chalk River Nuclear Laboratories and has lived in Deep River since that time. Friends may call at the Valley Funeral Home, Deep River on Saturday, September 24 from 10 to 10:50 a.m. A Memorial Service will be held in the chapel on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. Interment of cremated remains will be in Forest View Cemetery, Chalk River. Those wishing to make a donation in her memory, please consider the North Renfrew Long Term Care Centre, Deep River or to the Deep River District Hospital.
