PHILLIPS, Norma – passed away peacefully on Saturday December 24, 2022, at the Welland County General Hospital at the age of 75. Loving mother of Mark Lacroix and his wife Lisa Perrotto. Dear Grandma of Jacob and Ryen and step Grandma of Dylan, Spencer and Jenna Main. Norma is survived by her sister Merle Nielsen (Dexter), her sister-in-law Linda Phillips (Ted), nephew Ken Busch (Wendy) and her nieces Tracy Boyd (Dave) and Laura Hollinshead (Doug). She was predeceased by her parents George and Edith Phillips and her brother Robert. Mom loved her sports and was an avid fan of the Pittsburg Steelers and the Montreal Canadiens. She lived a simple life and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. At her request cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation or funeral service. Memorial remembrances to the Lung Association would be appreciated by the family.
