1940-2022
Noreen Bernice Spencer of Clearview, NB, passed away unexpectedly at
her home on April 26, 2022.
Noreen was born on August 12, 1940. She was the daughter of the late
Chester and Agatha (Brown) DeLong. Noreen leaves behind her
step-daughters, Anne Spencer and Janet Spencer (Larry Cossaboon), both
of Saint John, NB; her brother, Gordon DeLong (Lyn) of Blenheim, ON;
her sisters-in-law, Brenda Spencer, Faye (Bowmaster) Snowden, and
Diane Spencer; her brother-in-law, Clair Spencer of Prince George, BC;
Gordon’s children, Tammy Bajec and Clinton DeLong; along with several
nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Noreen was predeceased by her parents; her husband, Floyd Spencer; her
step-daughter, Marie Spencer; her mother-in-law, Ruth Spencer
(Gallant); and her brothers-in-law, Claude, Oscar, and Merle
Spencer.
Noreen was a retired Registered Nurse.
A graveside service celebrating Noreen’s life will be held on Tuesday,
May 3, 2022 at 11:30 am from the Waterville United Baptist Cemetery.
Rev. Mildred Nicholson officiating.
For those who wish, memorial donations to the Victoria County SPCA or
to the Waterville United Baptist Cemetery would be appreciated by the
family.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home,
Perth-Andover, NB.
